People always want to know how many crunches they should do to “get rid of my belly”. Let’s get something straight first:
Most people store excess fat in their midsections, and the usually the last place to see a difference when you lose weight. If we could spot reduce, we would all have very small faces from talking and eating!
Most people do crunches like this:
Performing crunches will help increase the strength and endurance of your abdominal muscles, but will not produce a smaller waistline or six pack abs.
I know, I know, you have heard this song before, but I am going to sing it anyway.

▪️Follow a healthy eating plan.
▪️Do at least 20 minutes of cardio five days a week in your target heart rate zone.
▪️Strength train at least three days a week with total body movements.
▪️On alternate days, do a 15 to 30 minute core based workout
