Water Weight

Let’s jump in, shall we?

In a wrestling match between hunger and thirst, hunger would emerge victorious. Extreme thirst can sometimes trigger hunger pangs, causing you to make poor food choices or overeat. Try drinking two glasses of water before eating. This may help you consume fewer calories during a meal and over time help you lose weight.

Eating foods that have a high water content such as carrots or broccoli can help maintain levels of satiety after eating. Or, try adding fruit to water to jazz up the taste.
