Fun Fitness Secret

There are five general aspects of fitness: cardiovascular activities, strength training, core exercise, flexibility work and balance training. Combine all of the above with a big dose of fun and you will start to look and feel great!

Just like meal planning, it helps to plan your workouts ahead of time.

You can use a stopwatch, but I prefer to use the Seconds Pro app on my iPhone and iPad.

This app has changed my training sessions and classes. My clients are able to focus on their form and I am able to give more feedback and encouragement instead of counting repetitions.
