But even with all of the new apps and inventions, the responsibility of managing your time effectively still falls on you. Finding the balance between work, family and leisure may seem elusive, but is attainable. Doing so will have a positive effect on your health as well as your work and personal life.
Here are some of the apps that Dr. Everett uses to keep her life in order:
Pepperplate imports all of your favorite recipes from the internet and compiles a shopping list by aisle. You can even set up multiple timers for different dishes!
Life Topix coordinates all of your calendars, to do lists, social media and more! It even has a food and workout journal (hint, hint).
