TGIF!

Originally I was going to write about portion control for day three in my “40 Days To a Healthier You” series. Unfortunately there was a tragedy at the gym today: a member had a heart attack. Fortunately a nurse was there to begin CPR while waiting for the paramedics. Thus, day three’s topic is………

Coronary artery disease can lead to heart attack. Healthy lifestyle habits can help decrease your risk for CAD. You are more likely to survive a heart attack when you know the signs and symptoms of cardiac arrest.

You do not have to be a health professional to administer CPR. Contact your local American Red Cross to find a course.
