40 Days To a Healthier You!

During this time of the year, some people may give up a favorite vice, such as social media or alcohol and sweets from now until April 13. Not an easy feat, but that is what makes it a sacrifice! Today’s lesson is about planning. Harvey MacKay said, ” If you fail to plan, you plan to fail”. How many times have you gone to the grocery store without a shopping list? As a result, did you purchase items that you didn’t need or were not nutritious? Plan your meals for the month and make a shopping list so you won’t be tempted to purchase any of the items from the hot bar at the supermarket.
